What we collect

Our quote form collects only what we need to quote a rental: delivery ZIP, phone number, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, and guest or crew size. When you book by phone, we also collect your name, email, delivery address, placement notes, and payment card details. Our ZIP checker runs in your browser and does not send your ZIP to us.

How the form is processed

Quote-form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which forwards the data to our inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission only to deliver it. We do not store card numbers on this website; card payments are handled through our payment processor.

How we use it

We use your information to quote, schedule, deliver, service, invoice, and pick up your rental, and to contact you about that rental by phone, text, or email. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Calls

Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Any call data we publish (for example, statistics on this website) is anonymized and never includes names, phone numbers, or addresses.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views, calls, and form submissions so we can improve answers. Maps are embedded from Google Maps and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set their own cookies or log IP addresses under Google's policies.

Retention

We keep booking and invoice records as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements, typically up to 7 years. Unbooked quote requests are deleted after 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop texts and emails, by calling (409) 230-8588. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle form data, we'll update this page and its effective date.
