What's included in a deluxe porta potty?
A deluxe porta potty includes a foot-pump flushing toilet, a urinal, a sink with its own fresh-water tank, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and a mirror-and-shelf interior. It needs no plumbing, water hose, or electricity. When you flush, the lid opens and closes so guests never look into the tank.

What does our deluxe flushing unit look like?
These are real photos of our deluxe flushing unit setups: outside, inside, and placed on site. Every unit is pumped, pressure-washed, sanitized and restocked before delivery, and event units come from a separate fleet from jobsite units, so what you see here is what arrives.

Is a deluxe unit worth it over a standard porta potty?
A deluxe unit is worth it when guests are dressed up or food is served. It costs about $37 more than a standard unit ($286 vs $249) and replaces a separate handwashing station ($199). For a single-unit party, deluxe is the cheapest way to give guests running water.
| Setup | What guests get | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard only | Toilet + sanitizer | $249 |
| Standard + handwashing station | Toilet + separate 2-basin sink | $448 |
| Deluxe flushing unit | Flush toilet + sink in one | $286 |
One wedding-shower caller compared a standard unit plus a hand-wash station against a single unit with a built-in sink. The all-in-one option saved her about $100 and took half the yard space.
How many guests can one deluxe unit handle?
One deluxe flushing unit handles about 50 guests for an event up to 4 hours. Our drivers plan on roughly 150 flushes before the next service; the urinal takes load off the flush tank. For 100 guests, rent 2 deluxe units, or 1 deluxe plus 1 standard to save money.

When is a deluxe unit the wrong choice?
A deluxe unit is the wrong choice for heavy-use jobsites, very large crowds, or a guest who uses a wheelchair. Flush and sink tanks run out faster than a standard tank under constant use. Pick standard units for crews, a trailer for 150+ guests with power, or an accessible unit when needed.
- Jobsites → standard units with weekly service
- 150+ guests with power and a hose → restroom trailer
- Accessible guests → wheelchair-accessible unit

Questions renters ask us before booking
These questions come straight from real rental calls. Each answer starts with the short version, then the conditions that change it.
Does the deluxe unit need plumbing or a hose?
No. The deluxe flushing unit carries its own fresh water for the flush and the sink, so nothing hooks up. It's fully stocked with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Our drivers plan on about 150 flushes before the next service, and the built-in urinal stretches that.
What's the difference between a standard and a deluxe porta potty?
A standard unit is a single-user toilet with a holding tank, urinal, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer. A deluxe unit adds a foot-pump flush, a sink with fresh water, soap, and paper towels. Choose deluxe for weddings, graduations, and backyard parties where guests notice the difference.
Is a deluxe unit with a sink cheaper than a standard unit plus a hand-wash station?
Usually, yes. A standard unit ($249) plus a standalone hand-wash station ($199) costs more than a single deluxe unit with a built-in sink ($286). For one-unit parties, the deluxe saves about $100 and takes up less space.
Are your event units clean, or are they beat-up construction units?
Event orders get units from our event fleet, not jobsite units. Each one is pressure-washed, sanitized, deodorized, and inspected before it leaves the yard. If a unit shows up in a condition you wouldn't use, call us and we swap it.
My event starts at 6 PM. Will it be there in time?
Yes. Drivers don't deliver after 5 PM, so evening events get their unit the day before or that morning. For a 6:30 PM event, booking a day-early drop-off removes all the timing risk at the same price.
Can someone else be the contact for delivery?
Yes. Add a second contact — the host, the homeowner, or the site super. The driver calls that person on the way. This helps when the unit goes to a different house than the person paying, which happens often with family parties and weddings.
Can I cancel my porta potty rental?
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the delivery fee may apply because the truck is already routed. Weather happens — call and we'll move your date instead of cancelling.
Do I need to be home when you deliver?
No. You don't need to be home if the placement spot is clear and easy to find. Tell us the exact spot ("left of the garage, on the gravel"), any gate code, and a phone number the driver can reach. Many renters text a photo of the spot.
